The rulings of the Disciplinary Council can be appealed to the Professions Tribunal or to a judicial review and they may therefore not be definitive. Rulings from the higher authorities are also available for free on the SOQUIJ website. If the appeal or judicial review is underway, you will not find the information you are seeking on the website.
